循環式活性污泥工藝協同處理榨菜廢水與城鎮污水脫氮效果

利用(yong)CASS工(gong)藝協(xie)同處理(li)高(gao)鹽(yan)高(gao)氮(dan)榨菜(cai)有(you)機(ji)廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)和(he)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)污水(shui)(shui)(shui),針對協(xie)同處理(li)碳(tan)源(yuan)不(bu)(bu)足(zu)問題,提(ti)出以(yi)榨菜(cai)廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)和(he)甲醇作為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)碳(tan)源(yuan)的兩種碳(tan)源(yuan)投加方案,對比分(fen)析了CASS工(gong)藝在運行周期為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)8h、排水(shui)(shui)(shui)比為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)30%、回流比為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)100%、預處理(li)后的榨菜(cai)廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)摻入比為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)20%的條件(jian)下,分(fen)別以(yi)榨菜(cai)廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)和(he)甲醇補充碳(tan)源(yuan)及不(bu)(bu)外(wai)(wai)加碳(tan)源(yuan)3種情況的脫氮(dan)效(xiao)果。實驗(yan)結(jie)果表明,不(bu)(bu)外(wai)(wai)加碳(tan)源(yuan)時(shi),協(xie)同處理(li)進水(shui)(shui)(shui)C/N小于3∶1,系(xi)統(tong)(tong)脫氮(dan)效(xiao)果差,出水(shui)(shui)(shui)總氮(dan)不(bu)(bu)達標(biao);以(yi)榨菜(cai)廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)和(he)甲醇為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)碳(tan)源(yuan)提(ti)高(gao)C/N至4∶1~5∶1時(shi),系(xi)統(tong)(tong)脫氮(dan)效(xiao)果提(ti)高(gao),出水(shui)(shui)(shui)總氮(dan)滿足(zu)GB18918-2002一級B標(biao)排放(fang)標(biao)準;鹽(yan)度的變(bian)化(hua)對微生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)活(huo)性(xing)產生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的抑(yi)制作用(yong),當(dang)鹽(yan)度升高(gao)0.1%±0.02%時(shi),微生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)恢復(fu)時(shi)間(jian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)10d,而當(dang)鹽(yan)度降(jiang)低0.1%±0.02%時(shi),微生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)恢復(fu)時(shi)間(jian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)15d。
