佘年簡歷
佘年,男,1957年出生,1995年畢業于美國華盛頓大學,生態學博士學位,現任美國華盛頓州西雅圖市共用事業管理局高級環境工程專家,美國環境工程師協會Low Impact Development(LID) Modeling 委員會主席,美國環境工程師協會都市水資源研究委員會常務理事,2008年第一屆國際LID研討會(The First International Low Impact Development Conference, Seattle, WA, USA)主席,主要負責城市的可續性發展規劃,水資源管理,城市生態工程,全球溫室效應對都市水文水質的影響等項目。2004年佘年參與和領導的研究小組開發出都市可持續發展的關鍵技術之一:Natural Drainage System獲得美國哈佛大學商學院年度發明獎。
佘年的研究方向為:
- ? 開發都市可續性發展中的關鍵技術,如生態屋頂,雨水花園,生態草溝,都市自然排水系統和社區雨水利用
- ? 構建LID模型
- ? 構建城市排水系統模型,并綜合其它因素作為城市排水系統在防洪,排澇,基礎設施規劃建設,管網和污水處理廠負荷控制,受納水體水質和環境容量控制,雨水的回收和利用等方面科學決策的平臺
- ? 全球溫室效應對都市流域水文,水質及生態系統的影響
- ? 河流,湖泊和河口水質模型的構建,包括水污染容量及污染總量控制的技術和方法
- ? 湖泊水庫等富營養水體生物修復和生態修復治理研究;
- ? 湖泊底泥好氧生物消減研究;復合生物酶對城市污泥生物消減的應用研究;
- ? 復合酶在水產養殖、畜牧和農作物上的應用
個人履歷:
1976-1978 湖南大學 本科學習

1988-1995 University of Washington 獲生態學博士
1989-1993 就任美國華盛頓州King County 自然資源管理局,Research Scientist,主要負責轄區內污水處理,湖泊,河道修復治理,水質水量模型,監測。
1993-2007 美國華盛頓州西雅圖市共用事業管理局,高級環境工程專家,主要負責城市可續性發展規劃,水資源管理,城市生態工程,全球溫室效應對都市流域水文,水質及生態系統的影響評價等。
2005- 成立西雅圖環境科技公司(Seattle Environmental Science and Technology Inc.),負責開發復合生物酶在水產,景觀魚養殖,湖泊河道底泥好氧消減,城市污泥生物消減,花卉種殖,高爾夫球場草坪的維護及景觀水處理方面的應用。復合生物酶在湛江南美白對蝦養殖和廣州花都羅非魚養殖的中試中效果非常明顯,飼料系數降低1/3,水質在24小時內明顯改善。
